AnnouncementsWELCOME TO THE 2011-2012 SCHOOL YEAR
Registration packets are currently available in the school office for anybody interested in the EDUHSD Virtual Academy at Shenandoah. This is an alternative to the regular high school program.
Students and families interested in learning more about this online college preparatory Virtual Academy should visit the District website at: www.eduhsd.k12.ca.us (link to schools, then EDUHSD Virtual Academy), or call (530) 622-6212 ext. 7001 and speak to Patricia Braun. The Virtual Academy is much more than an online program. Students will regularly meet with teachers at the main campus near Placerville, or at the satellite campus at Oak Ridge High School. Both campuses provide students with access to computer labs, science classrooms and face-to-face support.

Open Registration Now Call School Office for Information STAR Testing: April 16-24 This is coming up quickly, and we want to make sure our students are supported and as well prepared as possible. Parents often ask how they can help. Here’s a web site designed especially for parents and students that provides actual sample questions from prior tests according to grade and subject area. It also shows level of performance for each question, so you are able to see the type of questions that are asked for students to attain proficiency.
